1. Consultation & Walkthrough
Our team will reach out to you for an optional 30-minute consultation to discuss your key aspiration for your Career goals, your timeline, and the type of industry that interest you. Your career coach will be your main point of contact throughout your experience at Career Nob
2. Discovery Phase
In the Discovery Phase, our team will engage with you through conversation to get a better understanding of your personality, background, and Career goals thus enabling us to be more intentional in tailoring the right coaching strategy best suited for you
3. Coaching
During each 1-hour coaching session, we meet 1:1 to work through a series of exercises that will help you create a roadmap for your career and take steps toward landing your dream job that fits your personality and helps you achieve your goals.
